Every project begins with a conversation. This stage is about understanding how you live, what matters to you, and what you want your home to become.
Exploring Design Ideas
Early ideas are explored through sketches, discussion and testing possibilities. The aim is to discover the potential of your home and site.
Developing the Design
The strongest ideas are developed into a clear architectural proposal, resolving layout, form and spatial relationships. This design is then submitted for planning approval.
Defining the Detail
The design is carefully refined and technical information developed so that the project can be submitted to building control, accurately priced and built.
Preparing for Construction
Detailed drawings and specifications are produced and a builder is selected to deliver the project.
Building Your Home
During construction we remain involved, helping coordinate the process on site and ensuring the design vision is realised.
Completion
As the project concludes we support the final stages of construction, ensuring your home is ready to be lived in.

Full Architectural Service
Our preferred approach is to guide projects through all seven stages. This allows the design to be carefully developed, coordinated and delivered on site. Remaining involved throughout the process helps protect the quality of the architecture and ensures the finished home reflects the ideas established at the beginning of the journey.
During construction we continue to guide decisions on site, helping resolve details carefully so that the design intent is carried through to the completed building.
Planning Service
Some clients choose to work with us up to planning permission. This provides a carefully considered design that can then be taken forward independently through construction if preferred.
The Projects We Work On
We work on renovations, extensions and the transformation of existing buildings. This often includes the conversion of rural buildings, annexes and outbuildings, as well as reimagining homes and their surrounding landscape.
We also design carefully considered new homes for individual clients.
